The coach discusses the alternative. You confirm. The exercise changes in your program, with sets, reps, and rest preserved.

Beginners, skill-focused athletes, and people combining calisthenics with weights who want a program built around their goals, experience, and equipment. You can focus on weightlifting, bodyweight training, or a hybrid of both.
That is a valid starting point. The assessment records your current rep ability, including zero. The program generator uses beginner foundations such as dead hangs and assisted pull-ups, with progression appropriate to your starting level. There is no promised deadline for your first rep.
Your assessment asks which equipment you have access to. Your program is built around those answers, whether you train with weights, bodyweight, or a mix of both.
You share your goals, experience, training preferences, equipment, and schedule. The AI uses your profile to create a structured 4-week training program.
Yes. Weightlifting is its own training option. Your assessment considers your lifts, experience, equipment, goals, and split preferences. You do not have to include calisthenics. Hybrid training is available when you want both.
Yes. The hybrid assessment includes your calisthenics ability and skill goals alongside your main lifts and split preferences. You can choose more calisthenics, more weights, or a balanced emphasis.
Discuss your training using your profile, active program, and recent workout context. It can look up exercises and make supported program changes, including exercise swaps that preserve sets, reps, and rest, start-date changes, and activation of a pending program. It is AI guidance, not a live human coach.
You can save weekly program images to Photos and view those images offline. Generating programs, chatting with the coach, and other connected features need internet access.
